It has been a long time of work out in Mantra and I have gained a lot of healthy habits and found a healthy way of living. I remember before joining I was gaining weight day by day which was also welcoming unclaimed diseases, aches and many other health issues. I could feel the bulkiness earlier while doing household chores. But now its all relieved. I am very well and steady now a days and also I never run out of breathe like earlier. I would like to continue here as long as my health suits.
